My name is Christian. Certified nutrition and fitness coach.
I have spent the past 6 years helping the most driven and busiest expats reclaim their health, detach from the culture of overtraining/undereating, and look their best again with sustainable methods that will not compromise their personal life, relationships, or other responsibilities.
Throughout my career, I have learnt that maintaining optimal health in China can be challenging due to unfamiliar foods, high-stress environments, and disrupted routines.
This is why I have put together a multi-dimensional program that aims to meet the person where they are, to adjust to their daily routine, and not the other way around.
And it's safe to say that this has been very successful for my clients and mostly the ones who used to believe that the only way to see result was to eat 1000 calories per day and aim to burn 500 calories every day at the BootCamp next door.
